Nitish leads AI, engineering and product strategy at Otiis, with 11+ years building enterprise fintech, B2B SaaS and AI-native products. A former UX Manager at Capgemini and Symbiosis Institute of Design alumnus, he decides what a product should be, how AI fits into it and how it gets built, so founders ship products people can use on the first try.
Vishal leads design and product delivery at Otiis. A Sr. UX Designer at Globant, he spent three years at EY designing and engineering platforms for Microsoft and mobile banking for HSBC. He takes a product from design to production, and applies AI across the process so small teams ship at the pace of larger ones.
