When a heavy-duty commercial truck breaks down on the highway, the clock starts immediately. A fleet manager's priority is to find a certified, mobile repair technician who can get to the vehicle fast and get it back on the road without surprise costs. Trust is the first purchase.
RapidLink Repairs offered nationwide reach, 24/7/365 availability, transparent pricing, and certified heavy-duty truck repair — but their existing web presence wasn't communicating any of that quickly or credibly enough. Fleet managers were landing on the site and leaving before making the call. The site wasn't converting trust into contact.
Design for the distressed state.
We designed for someone in a high-stress situation — a dispatcher or fleet manager dealing with a breakdown at 2am somewhere on an interstate. Their mental state is urgent, their patience is minimal, and their primary need is reassurance followed immediately by a clear path to contact.
Every decision served that scenario. The phone number appears above the fold, styled as a primary action — not buried in a contact form. Service categories are scannable in under five seconds. Trust signals (certifications, nationwide coverage, transparent pricing) appear in the first viewport. The CTA is "Get Help Now" — not "Contact Us."
Authority in dark red and steel.
We chose a colour palette anchored in deep crimson red — the brand's existing colour — against near-white backgrounds. Red conveys urgency without panic. Combined with the Gotham typeface (the industry standard for authoritative American brands), the site communicates credibility at a glance.
The service offering is structured around three key pillars: Mobile Roadside Assistance, Fleet Preventive Maintenance, and Diagnostic & Engine Repair. Each is presented with clear scope, transparent pricing philosophy, and a single CTA. A FAQ accordion handles the most common trust-blocking questions without requiring a call to answer them.
